AFTER HOURS PROGRAM: Make-Up Class

Service Description

If you need to miss one of the classes within your 3-week After-Hours Program, you will be required to schedule a Make-Up Class PRIOR to the next scheduled class within the program. This will be a private one-on-one class with Alessio and he will make sure you are caught up and ready to move forward with the rest of the class. Because these are last-minute bookings and we have a limited amount of time to get you scheduled in before the next class, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SCHEDULING OPTIONS. Note: With the After-Hours Program, we always advertise that the student must be able to attend all the classes as each day entails a step of the process that cannot be missed. This is why we list and confirm all of the dates for the scheduled program with each student (or parent) at the time of registration. We understand life happens, which is why we offer this option; we will do our best to accomodate each student as best we can.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we rely on our classes, courses and workshops being attended when you are scheduled in. Last-minute cancellations and the loss of revenue associated with those create drastic challenges for us. Despite our wishes, we must implement cancellation/no-show policies that provide an incentive for students to attend their scheduled courses and registered events, as well as prevents our small company from dealing with frequent loss of revenue. Thank you kindly for your grace and understanding in this situation. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SCHEDULED AHP MAKE-UP CLASSES: We require 24 hours of notice if the student is unable to make their scheduled Make-Up Class. Because these classes must take place prior to the next scheduled class of the After-Hours Program, we are going above and beyond to squeeze you in within those 2-4 days. In the event of cancellation or no-show on the part of the student (due to no fault of ours) we reserve the right to keep 50% of the value of the class. The remaining 50% may be used as a credit towards the next required make-up class, future courses, workshops OR as credit towards retail items in our store if you wish to discontinue the program. In the event of a cancellation on our part (due only to severe illness, an accident, or emergency) we will do our best to reschedule the class in a timely manner and strive to do right by any student impacted by the cancellation. We vow to always communicate any scheduling changes as quickly and clearly as possible.
