For use with sharpening stones and whetstones, this angle guide features a pieces of continuous ceramic that enhances stability during use as well as the overall longevity of the angle guide itself.
How do you use it? Simply slide it onto the back (spine) of your knife and hold with both hands while sliding the cutting edge of your blade along your whetstone or sharpening stone.
We recommend using a piece of tape (painter's tape is ideal) on the spine of the knife where you will be sliding and placing the angle guide as softer steels may be scratched when putting it on.
