Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it for your scheduled sharpening service, please contact us ASAP so we may adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients or students. In the event of a cancellation on our part (due only to severe illness, an accident, or emergency) we will do our best to reschedule your service in a timely manner and strive to do right by any person impacted by the cancellation. We vow to always communicate any scheduling changes as quickly and clearly as possible.
